What ages of children do you accept?

We accept children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old.


What are your hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. to accommodate your family’s needs


Are you open during school holidays?

We are open Monday through Friday, except on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve close at 3:00 PMNew Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas day. If the holiday falls on a weekend, we may close on Friday or Monday in accordance with generally accepted holiday schedules.


What are your fees?

You will be informed of all rates and fees upon enrollment


Is there a discount if I have more than one child enrolled?

We have special sibling rates. See front desk for details.


Does your school provide a drop-in or part-time service?

We have special part-time rates offering 3 and 2 days a week options when availability exists.

Is Internet viewing available?

Our secure Internet viewing system is password-protected and allows you to observe your child in the classroom.


Is transportation provided to local elementary schools?

We provide transportation to designated local elementary schools, and our front desk staff will be happy to give details.


Does your program include field trips?

Yes. We provide an array of fun and educational field trips throughout the year for our school age programs.


What if I want to talk to my child's teacher during the day?

We encourage family-school collaboration with daily communication.


Why are there glass walls and doors throughout the building?

Kids 'R' Kids utilizes tempered, safety glass walls and doors for a multitude of reasons: they provide the best view possible; they are cleaner, safer and leave no question of who is caring for your child; they promote an open environment where teachers and children are in constant contact, and ensure the utmost safety and security of everyone.


What are the benefits of your childcare program?

Our exclusive curriculum propels Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academies far beyond state and industry standards. The standards-driven learning goals provide teachers with the tools to engage children in fun and purposeful activities. 


Is playtime/outdoor time available?

Yes. Every classroom has a designated time to play and explore on their own age-appropriate individually fenced playgrounds.


Are meals and snacks provided?

Yes. Breakfast, lunch, morning, and afternoon snacks are available at Kids ´R´ Kids. Once a child is eating table food, all food costs are included in the tuition. For bottle-fed children, families must provide prepared formula or mother's milk placed in bottles. We will inform you of the policy regarding baby foods. All infant items should be marked with the child´s first and last name, and date. Weekly menus for children on table food are available for review.


What type of training is your staff required to have?

Our highly qualified staff is required to attend all state-mandated training and are certified in infant, child and adult CPR and First Aid. They are also required to undergo professional development training throughout each year. Because our school is NAEYC Accredited, our Lead Teachers are required to have their child development associates degree or higher credential.


What times are the best if I want to visit your school?

We invite you to stop by anytime. For a tour or to visit a specific staff member, we recommend that you schedule an appointment. The best times for a tour are generally between 9:00 am and 11:00 am or between 2:30 and 4:30. From 11:00 to 2:00 children are eating lunch and resting so we prefer not to tour during these times. Early morning and late afternoon times are reserved for servicing our existing families as they drop off and pick up.

What is the benefit of your school being family-owned?

Because we are family-owned and operated, we are on-site and actively involved with our staff and families. This allows us to uphold the highest standards and provide unparalleled service for the families in our community.


How do you handle severe weather, fire or emergency situations?

If an emergency develops such as, fire, physical damage to the building, or any other situation that poses a threat, you will be notified. The notification process will be given to you upon enrollment. We do conduct fire, weather, and lock-down drills routinely to keep the children prepared for these situations.
